The Sharpline SSS-VFT-F is a large capacity heated Vertical Food Transporter ideal for serving large quantities of food and plate warming.
The main features and specifications include:
- Heavy duty construction, rustproofed steel frame, panelled internally and externally with satin finish 18-10 stainless steel.
- Control panel includes thermostat, pilot light and temperature indicator.
- 17 off 2 x 1 gastronom trays or racks, each holds 6 x 230 diameter plates. SSS-VFT-F full-height model supplied with 7 racks, SSS-VFT-H half-height with 4 racks.
- Thermostatically controlled heating element.
- Humidifier tray designed to help prevent food from drying out is included with every unit.
- Sharpline fan forced vertical food transporter models are also available as an option.
- 125mm diameter castors, 2 with brakes.
